On the afternoon of April 23, Secretary Liu Guoqiang of the Third United Branch of the CPC Wuchan Zhongda Geron Co., Ltd. delivered a comprehensive and engaging integrity-themed Party lecture titled "Upholding Integrity to Strengthen Foundations, Enhancing Work Ethic to Ensure Performance" to Party members, cadres, and department heads. The session aimed to deepen Party conduct and integrity building, reinforcing ideological defenses against corruption among Party members and officials.
The lecture addressed three key themes:
- Understanding Party Conduct and Integrity Building
- The Necessity of Promoting Integrity Initiatives
- Practical Approaches to Upholding Integrity, Strengthening Work Ethic, and Safeguarding Performance
Role-specific requirements were outlined for different positions:
- Grassroots Party Members: Focus on excelling in core duties, producing high-quality outputs, mastering workflows, and leading technical innovation.
- Cadres: Strictly adhere to integrity in exercising authority, self-cultivation, and family governance.
- Leadership Members: Prioritize performance-driven objectives, emphasize critical tasks, and leverage team strengths.
The lecture served as an ideological awakening, reinforcing the significance of Party conduct and integrity building as a paramount political mission.
