Strap Coil/Unwinding and String Coil
Strap Coil: Steel wires are directly wound on coils and ready for use on pay-off platforms of the spring machine.
Steel wire coils are packaged with rust-proof paper tape or plastic film, then placed in a sealed plastic bag and packed in an iron bucket or wooden box.
The steel wire is tightly wound on a strong paper core, wrapped in a sealed plastic bag and fixed on a wooden pallet. The detached parts can be directly placed on the pay-off machine of the spring machine for use, or can be placed on the spool for reuse.
ABS spool: The steel wire is wrapped on a plastic spool. Then, the spool is wrapped with a sealing film, and transported in wooden or cardboard boxes.
