To strengthen fire safety awareness, improve emergency response capabilities, and ensure employee mastery of firefighting equipment, the Steel Wire Business Unit conducted comprehensive fire safety training and drills at 4:00 PM on December 1. Participants included workshop supervisors, safety officers, and employees from high-risk zones within the Manufacturing Department.

Training Highlights

1. Expert Guidance

Zhou Weibiao, Head of the EHS Management Team, emphasized the critical importance of fire safety education. He detailed:

● Fire Prevention: Causes of workplace fires

● Firefighting: Types and operation methods of fire extinguishers

● Evacuation: Emergency escape routes and self-rescue techniques

2. Hands-On Demonstration

● Jiang Guojun (Heat Treatment Workshop Supervisor) and Mao Jianxin (Safety Officer) demonstrated fire extinguisher and hydrant usage protocols.

● Trainees practiced extinguishing controlled flames, mastering the PASS technique (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep).
