Qiu Chunying, Deputy Director of the Promotion Committee, introduced the approved improvement and innovation projects for the year and their implementation processes. These projects spanned seven key areas: R&D, quality enhancement, and specialized management upgrades.

For Class-A corporate-level projects, GM Cao personally issued project mandates to responsible leaders, urging them to meet objectives on schedule.

Zhao Chunfeng, Executive Director of the Promotion Committee, delivered an engaging training session on improvement methodologies. Key highlights included:

Breaking from conventional formats, Zhao incorporated interactive elements such as card-based scoring and prize bidding, making the training both educational and memorable.
