To recognize outstanding employees and foster a culture of excellence, the Business Unit meticulously organized a series of events from June 24-26, 2015, for nine exemplary staff members, including "Model Workers of 2015", "Quality Champions", and "Outstanding Communist Party Members".
Day 1: Sharing Wisdom, Inspiring Growth
Afternoon of June 24 – A symposium was held in the new office building, structured in two parts:
● Experience Exchange: Top performers shared daily work habits and success strategies, offering actionable insights for collective improvement.
● Team-Centric Mindset: The motivational video "Growing with the Team" underscored that individual achievements are rooted in team strength—a perfect team outweighs a perfect individual.

Days 2-3: Huangshan Adventure – Nature's Leadership Workshop
June 25 – Despite rain, the group explored Hongcun Village, a UNESCO-listed "village in Chinese paintings", with its Hui-style architecture, lotus-filled lakes, and arched bridges. The misty ambiance added poetic charm.
June 26 – At Huizhou Grand Canyon, towering cliffs and cascading waterfalls left everyone in awe. Colleagues inhaled the pristine "oxygen bar" air, rejuvenating body and mind.
Grand Finale: Celebration Banquet
Evening of June 26 – GM Wei Xianliang and senior leaders hosted a dinner to honor the achievers. Key messages included:
● Lead by Example: Uphold core values during challenges.
● Multiply Excellence: Motivate peers to join the ranks of top performers.
The event peaked with a rousing chorus of "Many Hands Make Light Work", symbolizing the Steel Legion's unshakable unity.
